Led by parents of individuals with disabilities, our Family Mentorship Program is here to give your family the guidance, support, and community it needs to thrive. Our Family Mentors draw from their experience to advocate on behalf of your loved one while helping you navigate the system of care and supports.

CAU Family Mentors are educated on the latest changes to policies and laws affecting individuals with disabilities and their families. Family Mentors can also help you find resources, workshops, and conferences, or just lend a listening ear.

Throughout the year, our Family Mentors host Family Connections meetings to provide families, caregivers, and significant others of CAU members a place to discuss concerns, voice suggestions, and meet with key administrative staff. Be sure to check our calendar for upcoming 2019 dates, or contact us today for more information.
