CAU Employee of the Month

At CAU, we value our team members. We know that our success would not be possible without the tremendous team of employees who work together, support one another, and make a difference every day—and we want to recognize those efforts.

To that end, we are pleased to announce our Employee of the Month award program, designed to recognize one employee every month for providing exceptional service, demonstrating CAU’s values, and positively impacting the organization, a member, or a colleague. Deserving employees can be nominated by a manager or a fellow employee across departments or within the same department.

Winners will receive:

$500 for full-time employees
$250 for part-time employees
Well-deserved recognition across the organization, including your photo on our new Wall of Fame, and within our community
