CAU offers variety of housing options which include townhouses, condominiums, single family homes, two family homes, three family homes, and apartment building settings. This allows for individuals to have a choice of where they live and with whom they live.
CAU has a housing option to fit the needs of individuals with complex physical disabilities including properties with roll-in showers, widened hallways, and wheelchair accessibility.
If a living arrangement needs change, movement within CAU’s housing system is easy and seamless. CAU currently has properties in 13 different towns in Union County that offers options to individuals with developmental disabilities, at-risk youth, and individuals with low-income housing needs.
