CAU provides community-based housing and support services in residential neighborhoods for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Choose from community-based supervised apartments and DDD group homes in NJ, or in-home support for members who live independently in their owned or rented apartment, condominium, or free-standing home.

Who Can Apply For Our NJ Supportive Housing Program

The New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), within the Department of Human Services (DHS), is the New Jersey state agency that can provide supports and services to individuals 21 years of age or older with an intellectual and/or a developmental disability (I/DD).
