Rachel Worthington, Associate Executive Director of Residential Services

After graduating college, Rachel began her career at Carrier Clinic as a Residential DSP working with adolescents. She moved up the ranks to Case Manager until her next stop as Director of Community Services for the NJ Association for the Deaf-Blind.  She then decided to make a switch in her social services career from operations to quality assurance. She was State QA Manager at New Jersey and Delaware MENTOR before moving on to CPNJ (now Pillar Continuum) as Director of Quality and Risk Management. She decided to make the switch back to operations and joined CAU in 2022 as the MAED of Residential Services. Her primary role is to oversee the day to day operations of clusters 8-13, which include supervised apartments and group homes. Her desire and passion to work with members and guardians brought her back to residential services.
