Joann Young, Managing Assistant Executive Director of DDD Residential Services

Joann is certified by the NJ Department of Health as an Assisted Living Administrator with over ten years experience working with the DDD population. She will oversee the daily operations of residential services at CAU as Managing Assistant Executive Director. A graduate of Rutgers University, Joann has developed and managed residential programs at major nonprofits serving people with developmental disabilities.

She has utilized her strong background in operational and financial management to meet and exceed fiscal goals in the nonprofit sector and is currently finishing her pursuit of an MBA degree. Joann is excited to be part of CAU’s mission as the agency continues to grow.
