Regan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who earned his master’s degree in psychology and post graduate certificate in applied behavior analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He graduated from Montclair State University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

Regan came to CAU in September of 2021 as Director of Behavioral Services at the day program before becoming an assistant clinical director. In October of 2022 Regan was promoted to the Clinical Director position, where his responsibilities include approving behavior support plans, supervision of clinical staff, conducting staff trainings, collaborating with other professional services, maintaining program operations and facilitating program development.

Regan has over 29 years of experience providing behavioral and mental health services for residential, day and home-based programs in addition to school systems. Regan has conducted functional behavioral assessments, written and implemented behavior support plans, created activities of daily living goals and objectives, and completed individualized assessments to identify members’ strengths and needs to improve their quality of life.
