Jennifer Jervert, MSW, Associate Executive Director of Quality & Compliance

Jennifer Jervert serves as Associate Executive Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance at Community Access unlimited, where she provides leadership and oversite in the areas of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, behavioral health, and electronic health records, while collaborating across departments to strengthen systems and promote high quality, person-centered services for CAU members.

Jennifer’s career in human services began more than 20 years ago as a Direct Support Professional. Her frontline experience helped shape her understanding of the importance of dignity, choice, advocacy, and quality of care, principles that continue to influence her approach to leadership today.

Over the course of her career, Jennifer has held progressive leadership roles spanning direct service, program operations, staff development and training, quality assurance, risk management, and executive leadership. Prior to joining CAU, she held several leadership positions, such as Director of Risk Management, Assistant Director of Quality Assurance and Staff Training. Her professional experience also includes work within New Jersey’s child welfare system. She also brings experience as an adjunct professor of Psychology and Sociology and as a podcast host focused on leadership, personal growth, and mindset.

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s in psychology and master’s degree in social work and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Behavioral Health degree at Arizona State University.

Her social work background, combined with her experience in quality and organizational leadership, informs a collaborative approach that considers both systems responsible for delivering services and the Members those systems are designed to support.
