Aisha Arroyo, Associate Executive Director of Residential Services

Aisha Arroyo graduated from Rutgers University in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and psychology. She began her career at CAU in 2007 as a DSP at the Summit Supervised Apartment Program. Within four years, Aisha showed her dedication to the members and agency and advanced in supervisory roles. In 2012 Aisha became an Assistant Executive Director, overseeing the daily functions of 13 supervised apartment programs. Today, Aisha manages 29 supervised apartment and group home settings and ensures the health and safety of all members supported within the agency. In addition to her dedication to CAU, Aisha has participated in programs locally and nationally to improve her leadership skills. Aisha is a graduate of the 2014 National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities at University of Delaware, as well as a graduate of the 2018 Union County Non-Profit Consortium Leadership Fellows Institute. She is a member of the Villa Rose Condo Association and serves as treasurer.
