REQUIREMENTS
Must have an interest in the Culinary field
Must be 18 years of age
Complete an interview and entrance assessment
Submit proof of the identification
Must complete full 8-week training

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
Students will gain fundamental and hands-on cooking techniques and terminology.

PROFESSIONAL PREPAREDNESS
Students will learn kitchen etiquette in a workplace environment.

CAREER ADVANCEMENT
Graduates will obtain their ServSafe Certification, which will provide opportunities to work in diverse culinary fields

OUR MISSION
The CAU Culinary Hospitality Paid Training Program prepares participants for entry-level careers in food service, catering, and hospitality. Graduates gain skills in food safety, kitchen management, and customer service while working in an inclusive café environment.
