Week of 07/03/2006

Director: Responsible to oversee community-based programs supporting adults w/ DD and staff supervision.
Requirements: BA/BS required with 3 years experience working with people with disabilities and 2 years supervisory experience. Strong admin and program operation skills required. Car and valid driver's license required.

Word Processor: Responsibilities include providing secretarial support to all agency staff with word processing, copying, mailings, supplies and other general office requests. Other responsibilities include supporting the secretarial department with telephone relief and the ability to process mail as requested.
Requirements: High School Diploma/GED with business school background/certificate preferred. Two years of general office experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Receptionist: Responsible for answering switchboard, greeting visitors and sharing responsibilities as secretarial support to all agency staff with word processing, copying, mailings, supplies, data entry and other general office requests.
Requirements: HS Diploma/GED and experience with a high volume telephone switchboard. Driver’s license and car required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Quality Assurance Specialist: Responsible for ensuring the quality and delivery of health and allied services to members in community based programs and providing staff training.
Requirements: BS/BA and experience with DD and/or youth required. Car and valid driver’s license also required.

Assistant Director: Responsible for assisting in the operation of a residential program for adults with developmental disabilities and the Parent Enrichment Program. Responsibilities include staff supervision.
Requirements: BS/BA as well as a minimum of two years experience with DD and staff supervision required.

Support Counselor: Responsible for ensuring a safe and supportive environment through counseling, crisis management & supervision of adults with Developmental Disabilities.
Requirements: BA/BS degree in related field and one year of experience working with DD.

Assistant Support Counselor: Responsible for providing direct supervision and training to members with developmental disabilities.
Requirements: HS Diploma and 2 years of college in a related field or 2 years experience in the human services field. Car and valid driver’s license required.

Part-time: Responsible for providing direct supervision for adults with developmental disabilities. Hours include Saturday and Sunday hours or evenings.
Requirements: High School diploma.

Awake/Asleep Overnight: Responsible for ensuring safety and supervision of adults with developmental disabilities during overnight shifts.
Requirements: High School Diploma. Vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Awake Overnight: Responsible for ensuring safety and supervision of at-risk youth during overnight shifts.
Requirements: High School diploma and six months experience working with at-risk youth.
