Whether you are new to the field of social services or a seasoned professional, Community Access Unlimited has plenty of employment opportunities for you.

Due to our continuing expansion, there are a number of full time or part time openings for those interested in guiding people with disabilities and aging out youth who are on the road to independence. Most of our positions in residential services, including supported and independent living, are direct care in nature. Your interests and ability to work with at-risk youth referred by DYFS or adults with developmental disabilities will determine which population you may work with.

Many positions, including higher level direct care, require a minimum of a bachelor's degree preferably in a related field of study; however, we have a number of positions that simply require a high school diploma or equivalent.

If you are looking for a flexible work schedule, CAU definitely has that to offer! Many positions offer afternoon and evening hours as well as weekends. Some positions are more flexible than others. We even offer overnight hours--in fact, we'll even pay you to sleep! Valid driver's license and access to a car while working is required for all positions.

CAU frequently holds open houses at our offices to recruit new staff. We encourage folks to stop by to see us. Please contact our office to verify the date and time of our next open house. You may stop by anytime to complete an application or you may fax us your resume at (908) 354-2665.
