Home Health Services

A Lending Hand services at Community Access Unlimited provide a wealth of support to active seniors and people in the community seeking home health services and assistance around their home.

It all begins with a free in-home assessment that allows our team to suggest what services can best support you throughout the day.

Services may be purchased privately or through private insurance.


Homemaker Home Health Services are provided by CAU Certified Home Health Aides, who are highly trained and can provide medical and person care assistance for a few hours a week.

Personalized service plans may include:

  • Homemaker Home Health Services
  • Personal Care Assistance
  • Errands & Transportation
  • Meal Prep & Dietary Information
  • Light Housekeeping
  • 24-Hour On-Call Services with Registered Nurses
  • Advisement from Certified Dementia Practitioners
  • Hospital or Nursing Home to Home Transitioning Care

Each Certified Home Health Aid has completed a Homemaker-Home Health Aide course approved by the Board of Nursing.  They have also completed a competency evaluation by a New Jersey-licensed health aid services agency and successfully completed both federal and state criminal history background checks.
