Whether you are new to the field of social services or a seasoned professional, Community Access Unlimited has a wide range of job opportunities for you.
Due to our continuing expansion, there are a number of full time or part time openings for those interested in guiding people with disabilities and aging out youth who are on the road to independence. Most of our positions in residential services, including supported and independent living, are direct care in nature. Your interests and ability to work with at-risk youth referred by the Division of Child Protection & Permanency (DCP&P) or youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities will determine which population you may work with.
Many positions, including higher level direct care, require a minimum of a bachelor’s degree preferably in a related field of study; however, we have a number of positions that simply require a high school diploma or equivalent. If you are looking for a flexible work schedule, CAU definitely has that to offer!
Many positions offer afternoon and evening hours as well as weekends. Some positions are more flexible than others. We even offer overnight hours. Valid driver’s license and access to a car while working is required for most positions.
